Service Description

It is a medical tattoo treatment that infuses custom micro-color in white scar, vitiligo and Hypopigmentation scar to match and blend into the surrounding skin. Scar camouflage sessions can take 1 to 3 sessions to achieve coverage. A second session in the same area has to be after 4 to 6 weeks No more than that for best results. This is a 2 hour session, but if the treatment area is bigger, you can add 1 hour extra for $150 the same day. If it is more that 3 hours it will be the regular price $350 for 2 hours. If you need a second session to improve the color of the scar or hypopigmentation area make sure to talk with your tattoo artist about price before the second session, you may be eligible for a 10% to 15%off depending on the case. CONSULTATION Before this treatment you need a consultation to see if you are a good candidate for the treatment. You can make and appointment for the consultation by calling, or sending an email, or a message with a picture of the area that you will like to treat. -WHAT TO AVOID PRIOR MEDICAL CAMOUFLAGE? Aspirin or ibuprofen 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. Alcohol, caffeine, blood thinner 24 hours before your appointment. Fish oil or Vitamin E one week prior to your appointment (they are natural blood thinners). -WHAT TO AVOID AFTER MEDICAL CAMOUFLAGE? Avoid wearing tight clothing for the next 2 - 3 days. Avoid scratching or peeling to prevent infection or discoloration. Avoid excessive sweating for 7 days. Moderate exercise is fine after 2 days of the treatment. Avoid exposing the area to the full water pressure of the shower for 7 days. Avoid tanning and swimming (beach, pool, jacuzzi, bath, etc.) for 40 days. Stick to a quick rinse in the shower. Avoid sunscreen, self-tanning or any cream that contains Vitamin D for 40 days. Avoid perfume and deodorant near or in the treated area. -CAN I SUNTAN AFTER THE PROCEDURE? Yes! You can suntan once the area is fully healed (at least 40 days). It is STRONGLY recommended to avoid sun exposure during the healing process, discoloration might occur. For best long-term results, we recommend to apply a high SPF on the treated area prior to sun exposure.
